my biggest fear is losing all the people that I care about, and the fact that it's slowly coming true makes me want to act.

I have the same fear! All the "old family" is now gone, aunts & uncles etc. & I have no siblings or children. There is only a few cousins left. If my husband dies before I do then I will be totally alone. It is very scary. I wish you some peace of mind. Take care
